Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and the lawful owner of the gift card you submit. You must provide accurate seller and payout information.
Seller warranties
By submitting a card you warrant that it was lawfully obtained, that it has not been sold or pledged elsewhere, that you have not used or shared the code after submission, and that the information you provide is true.
Using a card code after submission, or submitting a card you do not own, is a breach of these terms and may be reported to the retailer and to law enforcement.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the brand's current rate and the balance you enter. Rates change with market conditions. The rate attached to your submission is the rate used for that transaction.
If the verified balance differs from the amount you entered, we recalculate at the same rate and request your approval before proceeding.
Verification and acceptance
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject any card for a zero or reduced balance, prior redemption, brand ineligibility, duplicate submission, or fraud and ownership concerns.
Payouts
Payouts are electronic only, sent to the method and destination you provided. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect payout details you supply, or by delays at your payment provider. Cash payments and in-person meetings are never offered.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service to launder funds, submit stolen or fraudulently obtained cards, automate submissions, or interfere with our systems or fraud controls.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiftCardsSell's total liability for any claim relating to a transaction is limited to the payout amount for the card in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you submit governs that transaction. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
